I am thrilled to embark on this new journey with all of you at Luminous Mind. With over eight years of experience in management positions, I have honed my skills in Accounting, Operations, and Billing, equipping me with a strong foundation to contribute effectively to our organization. Currently, I am furthering my education at the University of Phoenix. I am particularly passionate about our mission to support the community and those struggling with their mental health. Whether it's through improving our operational efficiency or ensuring accurate and transparent billing processes, I am committed to supporting our initiatives and helping Luminous Mind achieve its goals.

I am a dedicated and compassionate therapist with expertise in various issues that individuals may face. I specialize in helping clients navigate through challenging experiences, offering support, guidance, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Whether you're struggling with addiction, alcohol use, anger management, anxiety, codependency, depression, drug abuse, family conflict, grief, life transitions, self-esteem, self-harming behaviors, substance use, or issues related concerns, I am here to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to explore, heal, and grow. Cynthia Rosales is a passionate mental health advocate with a wealth of leadership experience, known for her deep commitment to fostering community-centered care. With a vision to expand access to mental health services, she prioritizes trauma-informed and culturally responsive approaches to ensure inclusive support for all. Cynthia looks forward to leveraging her expertise to strengthen community ties, drive meaningful growth, and make a lasting impact by enhancing mental health resources and support systems in the region.

Abigail brings a strong eye for detail, incredible organization skills, and a passion for supporting providers behind the scenes. She plays a key role in making sure our clinicians are enrolled, licensed, and ready to provide high-quality care to our community.

Gabby brings a true passion for mental health and a deep commitment to supporting individuals on their healing journeys. As a Licensed Master Social Worker currently serving patients in New Mexico  and soon expanding services to Texas, she offers compassionate, client-centered care and is now accepting new patients, both in-person and via telehealth.

Eli brings valuable experience working with unaccompanied minors and individuals transitioning from incarceration. He is dedicated to trauma-informed care, advocacy, and empowering marginalized communities through compassionate support. We’re proud to have Eli on our team as he continues his journey in the mental health field!

We are thrilled to welcome Leeroy Rico, MSW Intern, to the Luminous Mind family! Leeroy brings a strong commitment to mental health, social justice, and creating lasting change in the lives of those we serve. We’re excited to support him on his journey as he grows his clinical skills and continues to be a force for positive impact in our community.

Leila is currently in her third year of pursuing a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Webster University. She is passionate about supporting both children and adults facing mental health challenges and is eager to expand her skills through her internship with us.
