At Luminous Mind Foundation, we are dedicated to supporting and strengthening families in our community through compassionate, in-home services. Our Home Visiting Program is designed to meet families where they are, providing guidance, education, and resources that promote healthy child development and family well-being.
Our services are grounded in the Parents as Teachers (PAT) evidence-based model and align with ECECD standards, focusing on parent-child interaction, development-centered parenting, and family goal setting. We take a strengths-based, culturally responsive approach to help families build confidence, stability, and lasting success.

What is Home Visiting?
A free and voluntary service for families with young children and expectant parents. Visits happen in the comfort of your home or virtually.

Our Home Visiting Program at Luminous Mind Foundation provides personalized, in-home support to families from the prenatal stage through children up to 5 years of age. We are committed to promoting healthy development, strengthening parent-child relationships, and supporting overall family well-being.
Using the Parents as Teachers (PAT) evidence-based curriculum, our trained home visitors deliver development-centered guidance, parent education, and individualized support tailored to each family’s unique needs. Through regular visits, we partner with families to build confidence, enhance parenting skills, and connect them with valuable community resources.
