With over eight years of experience in management positions, I have honed my skills in Accounting, Operations, and Billing, equipping me with a strong foundation to contribute effectively to our organization. Currently, I am furthering my education at the University of Phoenix. I am particularly passionate about our mission to support the community and those struggling with their mental health. Whether it's through improving our operational efficiency or ensuring accurate and transparent billing processes, I am committed to supporting our initiatives and helping Luminous Mind achieve its goals.

I specialize in helping clients navigate through challenging experiences, offering support, guidance, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Whether you're struggling with addiction, alcohol use, anger management, anxiety, codependency, depression, drug abuse, family conflict, grief, life transitions, self-esteem, self-harming behaviors, substance use, or issues related concerns, I am here to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to explore, heal, and grow. Cynthia leverages her expertise to strengthen community connections, drive meaningful growth, and enhance mental health resources and support systems in the region, making a lasting impact on the lives of those she serves.

Leeroy Rico, PLMSW Home Visitor, Doña Ana County

Leeroy Rico is a dedicated Home Visitor committed to supporting families in Doña Ana County. Trained in the evidence based Parents as Teachers (PAT) curriculum, he guides families through pregnancy and the early years of a child’s life (ages 0–3). Leeroy demonstrates unwavering commitment to the company’s mission by providing personalized guidance, valuable resources, and consistent encouragement, helping families thrive and achieve their full potential.
