Veronica Lugo
I serve as the Co-Chief Executive Officer of Luminous Mind, LLC and Luminous Mind Foundation, where I lead operations, program development, and organizational growth. With over eight years of leadership experience in management roles, I have developed strong expertise in accounting, operations, and billing, allowing me to build efficient systems and support high-quality service delivery. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Health Management and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Accountancy. I am deeply passionate about advancing Luminous Mind’s mission to support individuals and families through accessible, community-based behavioral health services. I am committed to strengthening our programs, ensuring operational excellence, and creating meaningful impact within the communities we serve.

Dr. Marcos Peña, EdD, LCSW, LADAC.
I am a dedicated and compassionate therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through a wide range of challenges. In my role at Luminous Mind, I provide clinical leadership and supervision, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care across our programs. I specialize in working with individuals facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, substance use, anger management, family conflict, grief, and life transitions. My approach is centered on creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences, build resilience, and work toward meaningful change. As a Doctor of Education (EdD), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (LADAC) in Texas and New Mexico, I am committed to helping individuals and families achieve healing, growth, and long-term well-being.

Cynthia Rosales
I serve as the Chief Operating Officer at Luminous Mind, where I bring strong leadership experience and a deep passion for advancing community-centered mental health care. In my role, I focus on strengthening operations, supporting program growth, and ensuring that our services remain accessible, effective, and responsive to the needs of the communities we serve. I am committed to promoting trauma-informed and culturally responsive approaches that create inclusive and supportive environments for individuals and families. I am currently pursuing my studies in Social Work, further strengthening my ability to serve and advocate for those in need. I am dedicated to building meaningful connections, enhancing service delivery, and making a lasting impact on the lives of those we support.

Irma Collins
Irma Collins serves as the Data Specialist for the Home Visiting Program, ensuring accurate data tracking, reporting, and program compliance. Her work supports quality services and helps strengthen outcomes for the families we serve.

Paola Guzman
Paola Guzman is a Home Visitor serving Doña Ana County, providing in-home support, education, and resources to families. She is committed to promoting healthy development and building strong, supportive relationships with the families she serves.

Ebony Zamora
Ebony Zamora is a Home Visitor in Doña Ana County who works closely with families to provide guidance, encouragement, and development-focused support. She is dedicated to empowering families and fostering positive outcomes for children.

Arleen Grajeda
